COMPETITOR INFORMATION

Package Includes:  Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, sandwiches between rounds, one round pm, light meal after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.

Tee Times:  Play starts at 8.30am and again at 13.45pm. The draw is online, click Entries above to view.

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.30am.

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 30 for ladies.

Tees:              Men - Yellow                  Ladies - Red

Practice facilities: There is a practice range and tokens are available in the pro shop, £2.50 / 30 balls or £3.50 / 60 balls.

On course refreshments:  There is a halfway house by the 9^th green.

Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize.  There will also be two Nearest the Pin Competitions.  The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.

Nearest the Pin: There will be two Nearest the Pin Competitions, morning and afternoon.

Catering: Sandwiches and chips will be served in between rounds and lasagne and salad will be served on a rolling basis following the second round.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.

EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines..

Shorts:  If you wish to wear shorts they must be tailored and socks can be ankle length but they must be white.

Dress: Jacket & tie NOT REQUIRED

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.

Late Cancellation:  Please note that once we have submitted numbers to the golf club they will make a charge for late cancellation.
