Detailed Competitor Information will be emailed to all entrants and put on website approximately 7 days before each event.  The Drawsheet will be issued on the website approximately 4/5 days before the event.

A £40 deposit is required at the time of entry to confirm a place in the event.

Full payment is due one calendar month before the event unless otherwise stated.

If full payment has not been made one calendar month before the event, we cannot guarantee your entry and someone else may take your place.

The package price will include:  Coffee/tea & bacon rolls on arrival, two rounds – am and pm.  An informal prize presentation will take place just after the last match finishes.

CDH number:  All new competitors must provide their CDH number.  This is the unique number issued to each golf club member by their Home Golf Union and it enables us to check your handicap and for your handicap to be updated following SAGT events.

Golfers from overseas will need to provide proof of handicap.

CONGU qualifiers:  The Tour has CONGU status and all the events in the UK will be run as CONGU qualifying events.

Scoring Format:  Play will be in three or fourballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance unless stated in the Competitor Information.  

The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 30 for ladies.

Tees/Score balancing:  Where permitted we offer gentlemen the option to play from the forward/yellow tees or from the further back white tees.

Everyone plays in the same competition and handicaps will be adjusted in line with the SSS from the selected tees.  Gentlemen playing from the Yellow tees and ladies playing from the Red tees will play off their regular handicap.

Prizes:  There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place and two Nearest the Pin Competitions.

Order of Merit:  Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on.  You will need to be a current member of the Tour to qualify for merit points.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per person per round to include a 2s sweep and a competition sweep.

Dress:  Some clubs require jacket & tie.  Details will be provided in the Competitor Information.

Buggies & caddies:  Buggies and caddies may be used but must be booked directly with the golf club.

GPS and laser range finding equipment:  The use of GPS and laser range finding devices is permitted.

Late Cancellation:  If you withdraw within one calendar month of the event date, you may still be liable for full payment depending on the club's policy.
