Package Includes: Dinner, bed and breakfast on Sunday 9th August at The Golf Hotel in Woodhall Spa and two rounds of golf on the world renowned Hotchkin Course, rated the best inland course in England.  One round will be played on Sunday teeing off from 12.30am and one round on Monday teeing off from 8.00am.

The single supplement charge is £25.

An additional night is £65 per person, bed and breakfast, sharing a twin / double room

An additional night is £90 bed and breakfast, in a single room

The non golfer charge on Sunday night inc dinner, bed & breakfast is £90

Accommodation has been booked on a twin/double share basis unless you specifically request a single room. Rooms will be available from 2pm on Sunday and must be vacated by 11am on Monday. 

Registration: In the Clubhouse on Sunday morning from 11.30am.

Tee Times:  The draws for Sunday and Monday will be on the website by 5.00pm on Thursday 6^th August.  If you require an early or late tee time on either day please make your request via the message facility in your Locker / Account.

Practice facilities: There is a very good range with covered bays at the club within a 5 minute walk of the clubhouse. Tokens can be purchased in the pro shop.

On Course refreshments:  There is a halfway house on the Hotchkin Course

CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.

Scoring Format: Play will be in threeballs on both days. The scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

Tees: Men – White    Ladies – Red

Championship Event: The winner over 36 holes will qualify for the EAGT Final in October.

To be eligible to accept this prize a competitor must have previously played in at least three Tour events or must play in five subsequent Tour events before the Tour Final. If a competitor does not comply with the above they cannot accept the automatic place in the Tour Final.

The winner of the Championship Event will also win a Motocaddy Electric trolley.

EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Sweep: There will be an optional sweep of £10 per day which will include a 2’s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall sweep for the 36 hole competition.

Nearest the Pin: There will be two Nearest the Pin Competitions each round with a £25 EAGT voucher for the winners.  

Dinner: Dinner on Sunday evening will be at The Golf Hotel at approximately 8.30pm. Jackets and ties ARE NOT required but the hotel request smart casual dress code.

Presentation: The presentation for Sunday’s competition will take place during the dinner in the evening and the presentation for Monday’s competition will take place shortly after the last match finishes.

Shorts on course: Shorts must be tailored and socks can be white ankle length or any colour knee length.

GPS and laser range finding equipment: The use of GPS and laser range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.
