Package Includes:  Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round AM, soup & sandwiches between rounds, one round PM, rolling carvery after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.


Tee Times:  There will be a shotgun start at 9.00am and again at approximately 2.00pm.

The draw will be on the website by 12 noon on Monday. 

Please allow at least 15 minutes to get to your starting tee. Your match number will signify your starting tee.

If you are starting on holes 6,7,8,9,10 or 11 you will need to drive to the carpark at the 10th.


Clubhouse opening:  From 7.00am


Pro shop opening:  At approximately 7.30am


Practice facilities: There is no practice ground but there is a net just behind the pro shop and a putting green in front of the clubhouse.


Buggy & trolley hire:  To reserve a buggy or electric trolley call the pro shop on 01483 473172.


On course refreshments:  There is a halfway house at the 12th hole


Championship Event: The winner over 36 holes will qualify for the EAGT Final in October.

To be eligible to accept this prize a competitor must have previously played in at least three Tour events or must play in five subsequent Tour events before the Final. If a competitor does not comply with the above they cannot accept the automatic place in the UK Final.


CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event.  Please ensure that you have added your unique CONGU number in your personal details in Your Locker.

 

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.


Tees:              Men  White                Ladies  Red


Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize.  The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.

 

Nearest the Pin: There will be two Nearest the Pin Competitions each round with a dozen Nike balls for the winners.


Catering: Coffe & bacon rolls on arrival. Soup & sandwiches served between rounds. A three course rolling carvery will be served following the second round.


Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.


EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Shorts:  If you wish to wear shorts socks can be ankle length sports socks.


Dress: Jacket & Tie NOT REQUIRED for gentlemen


GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.

 

Late Cancellation:  Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
