Package Includes:  Tea / Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am, roast lunch between rounds, one round pm, light snack after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.

Clubhouse open from: 7.15am

Pro shop open from: approx. 7.30am

Registration:  Registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.15am.

Tee Times:  In the morning there will be a staggered two tee start. Play starts at 8.00am from the first tee and at 9.00am from the 15^th tee. 

The afternoon round starts at 1.30pm with all matches from the first and fifth tees.

The draw will be on the website www.eagt.co.uk by 5.00pm on Tuesday 1st September. If you specifically require an early or late tee time please make your request via the Message facility in your Locker / Account.

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 30 for ladies.

Tees:              Men - White                  Ladies - Red

Practice facilities: There is a good practice ground at Worplesdon but a limited number of balls will be available. There is a practice net by the first tee.

There is a putting green and chipping green close to the first tee.

Course planners:  Available from the pro shop, approx. £5.00 each

On course refreshments:  There will be a drinks buggy on the course.

Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize. 

Prizes:  Awarded to at least the leading three competitors am & pm.  The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.

Nearest the Pin: There will be two Nearest the Pin Competitions, morning and afternoon.

Catering: A rolling carvery will be served in between rounds and a snack will be available following the second round. Jacket & tie are NOT required.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.

EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines..

Shorts:  If you wish to wear shorts they must be tailored and socks can be ankle length sports socks.

Dress: Jacket & tie NOT required.

GPS range finding equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour.

Late Cancellation:  Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they will make a charge for late cancellation.
