Package Includes:  Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one morning round followed by a two course meal served on a rolling basis.

 

Tee Times:  Play starts at approx. 10.00am in threeballs.  The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Friday 29th May. 

If you specifically require an early or late tee time please inform us via the message facility in your Locker / Account.

 

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 9.00am.

 

Practice facilities: The practice ground is a short drive from the clubhouse and tokens can be purchased for £1.50 on the range. There are two putting greens and two practice nets close to the clubhouse

Electric trolleys – £7.50

Pull Trolleys – plenty available

 

On course catering: Refreshments and sweets can be purchased from the pro shop. There is no halfway house or drinks buggy on the course.

 

Catering: Coffee & bacon rolls on arrival.  A two course meal will be served on a rolling basis following play.

 

Shorts:  Shorts must be tailored and socks can be white ankle length.

 

Dress: Jacket and tie is NOT required

 

CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.

 

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.

 

Tees:              Men - TBC                Ladies - Red

 

Prizes:  There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize.  There will also be two Nearest the Pin Competitions.  The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.

 

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.

 

EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. GPS equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour. 

 

Late Cancellation:  Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
