  • Golf Courses

    Black Mountain Golf Club

Regularly ranked as one of the best courses in Asia, Black Mountain Golf Club offers an unforgettable championship experience. Set against a dramatic mountain backdrop just outside Hua Hin, this immaculately maintained layout blends natural rock formations, water hazards, and undulating fairways to challenge and reward golfers of all levels. With world-class facilities, panoramic views, and superb service, it’s no surprise that Black Mountain has hosted multiple Asian Tour and European Tour events. A must-play—so good, we’re playing it twice.

    Pineapple Valley Golf Club

Formerly known as Banyan Golf Club, Pineapple Valley is a scenic masterpiece, weaving through rolling hills and peppered with pineapple groves. Known for its stunning elevated tees and sea-view holes, the course combines lush tropical landscape with strategic design. It has earned accolades for both its playability and beauty, while the elegant clubhouse and terrace offer the perfect spot to unwind post-round with sweeping views over the Gulf of Thailand.

    Springfield Royal Country Club

Designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, Springfield Royal Country Club is a true test of course management and shot-making. Offering a classic parkland layout, this 27-hole facility is known for its fast greens, sculpted fairways, and water features that demand accuracy. It’s a well-balanced course that rewards smart play, and its peaceful, rural setting provides a refreshing change of pace. An excellent challenge for golfers of all abilities.

    Majestic Creek Golf Club

Tucked into the countryside west of Hua Hin, Majestic Creek lives up to its name. Renovated to a high standard in recent years, this 27-hole course boasts wide fairways, well-positioned hazards, and the natural beauty of the surrounding farmland and creeks. Water plays a significant role on many holes, making it an engaging and strategic round. It’s a favourite among returning golfers for its relaxed atmosphere, rural charm, and excellent value.

  • Format and Handicaps

Format:  The scoring format each day will be individual Stableford.

Handicaps:  Playing Handicap will be set at 95% of Course Handicap. The maximum Playing Handicaps are 24 for men and 30 for ladies. If your handicap exceeds these limits, you can still play, but for competition purposes, you’ll play off these limits.

All five rounds will be run under the World Handicap System (WHS). Scores will not automatically be forwarded to your Golf Union.  Participants MUST return their daily scores to their golf club. The easiest way to do this is to forward the email from Golf Genius, which will be received after each round, and provides details of your scores.

GAGT Overseas Handicap System (OHA):  Handicaps will be adjusted after each round in line with the GAGT OHA system. The GAGT OHA system is based on the CONGU handicap system prior to the introduction of WHS. Adjustments made by the GAGT OHA system will not affect your club Handicap Index.

The GAGT OHA system takes precedence over adjustments made by a player’s home club to ensure consistency. Details of the GAGT OHA system can be provided upon request.

Daily Draw:  The draw for the first two rounds will be available on the website a week before the event.

The draw for the last round will be made in score order.

In the last round, the leaders will go out last.

Participants can use the message facility in their Locker/Account for requests such as playing partners and early or late tee times. The organisers will do their best to accommodate these requests.
