  • Accommodation

We have chosen not to include accommodation in this package for the Dornoch Coast, as the golf only option has proven to be popular. We understand that accommodation preferences can vary from person to person and we want to offer guests the flexibility to choose their own accommodation to suit their needs and wants. We appreciate that peoples accommodation requirements vary and there are plenty of accommodation options on the Scottish Coast.

We recommend booking early – July is peak season.

    Suggested Options:

    Dornoch Station Hotel

  • Competition Format

Individual Stableford (95% of Course Handicap)

Handicap Limits: Men – max 24, Ladies – max 30

GAGT Order of Merit points awarded for each competition round.

  • Daily Draw

The first round draw will be posted on the website two days prior to the event.

Requests for specific tee times should be made via the Message facility in your locker.

  • Registration

Registration opens at the clubhouse one hour before the first tee time each day.

  • Handicap

All rounds will be run under the WHS system and scores will automatically be forwarded to GB&I Golf Unions. If you are a member of a club outside GB&I you MUST return your daily scores to your golf club and the easiest way to do this is to forward the email from Golf Genius, which you will receive after each round and which provides details of your scores.

The competition is open to all male and female golfers with an active WHS Handicap or an equivalent overseas handicap.

Golfers from Great Britain and Ireland must provide their WHS Membership Number, while overseas golfers need to present proof of their current Handicap Index when registering for the opening round.

We may reduce handicaps during the competition based on scores.

The maximum playing handicaps are set at 24 for men and 30 for ladies.

  • Buggies & Trolleys

Buggies & Electric Trollies are not included.

Buggies & Electric Trollies are limited in availability at any of the courses and will need to be booked in advance.

If you require a Buggy or Trolley, please contact the Golf Club directly.

  • Range Balls

Range balls are included at each golf club.
