Accommodation:

We have booked 18 rooms in the recently refurbished 5 star villas at the Turnberry Resort, for arrival on Sunday 2^nd April for two nights, departing on Tuesday 4th April. We have booked the Gailes Hotel in Irvine for Tuesday night 4th April.

Golf: 

Sun 2  – Robert the Bruce  -  tee from 12.00pm  - 

Mon 3 -  Ailsa Course  -  tee from 10.30am  -  ranked no 2 in Top 100 UK courses

Tue 4  – Ailsa Course  -  tee from 11.05am  -  Host to 4 Open Championships

Wed 5 – Western Gailes – tee from 9.00am

Format:  The scoring format each day will be individual Stableford with 95% Course Handicap allowance.  All four rounds will count towards the 2023 Orders of Merit.

Daily Draw:  The draw for the first round will be on the website within 72 hours of the first round. The draws for the last two rounds will be made in score order with the leaders going out last.  

Format: The scoring format each day will be individual Stableford with Playing  Handicap 95% of Course Handicap.  All four rounds will count towards the 2023 Order of Merit.

Handicap:  All four rounds will be run under the WHS system but scores will not automatically be forwarded to England Golf.  You MUST return your daily scores to your golf club and the easiest way to do this is to forward the email from Golf Genius, which you will receive after each round and which provides details of your scores.

GAGT Overseas Handicap System (OHA):  Where appropriate handicaps will be adjusted after each round in line with the GAGT OHA system, details of which we can provide.  Any adjustments will not affect your club Handicap Index.

Buggies & Caddies:  If you wish to hire a buggy or caddie please call direct to the Caddie Masters on the tel nos below.

Buggies are only available on the Ailsa Course with a Medical Certificate and a caddie must drive the buggy. The charge is £80

Range balls:  Included at Turnberry courses 

Prizes:  There will be prizes for the leading three scores each day.

Prizes will be in the form of vouchers for the 2023 Tour as follows:

Daily vouchers: 1^st - £100, 2^nd - £70, 3^rd - £50 

Dress:  No formal dress i.e jacket & tie required.

Nearest the Pin:  There will be two Nearest the Pins for each round.  The prize will be a £25 GAGT voucher.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £40, £10 per round and this will be collected in cash when you check in before the first round.  The sweep will be paid out daily for the leading three scores and anyone who scores a two.
