Package Includes:  Tea/Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am on The Old or New Course, Soup and sandwiches between rounds, one round pm on The Old or New, two course carvery served on a rolling basis after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.

Tee Times:   Play will be in threeballs.  We are using both courses am and pm.  Half the field will tee off from the 1st tee on The Old Course from 8.30am and half will tee off from the 1st tee on The New Course from 8.45am.  Players will swap courses in the afternoon and play will start at 1.45 on the New Course and 2.15pm on the Old.

If you specifically require an early or late tee time please inform us via the message facility in your Locker/Account.

Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.30am. The clubhouse opens at 7.00am.

Practice facilities:  Practice facilities are very limited. There are two nets in the shed close to the clubhouse.  There is a chipping green next to the 1st tee on The Old Course.  There is a putting green in front of the clubhouse.

Yardage books:  £7.50 per course.

Buggies, trolleys and caddies:  Buggies are only available for anyone with a medical condition.  Electric trolleys are £15 for 18 holes and £25 for 36.  Free wheel push trolleys are £5 for 18 holes and £10 for 36.  These can be booked by calling the Pro Shop on 01737 812152.  Caddies can be arranged by pre-booking with the Caddie Master on 07810 576607 or caddies@waltonheath.com.

On course catering:  Refreshments and sweets can be purchased from the pro shop. There is no halfway house or drinks buggy on either course.

Catering:  Coffee & bacon rolls on arrival.  Soup and sandwiches included at lunchtime.  A two course carvery will be served on a rolling basis following the pm round.

Shorts:  Shorts must be tailored and socks can be white ankle length.

Dress:  Jacket and tie is NOT required

CONGU Qualifier:  This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.

Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 30 for ladies.

Tees/Score balancing:  Where permitted, we offer gentlemen the option to play from the forward/yellows tees or from the further back white tees.

Everyone plays in the same competition and handicaps will be adjusted in line with the SSS from the selected tees.  Gentlemen playing from the Yellow tees and ladies playing from the Red tees will play off their regular handicap.

Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit.  There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize.  There will also be two Nearest the Pin Competitions.  The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.

Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.

SAGT Order of Merit:  Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on.  To be eligible for merit points you need to be a current member of the Tour for an annual subscription of £40.  You can join online at www.eagt.co.uk or call Janet on 0845 466 2222.
