Package Includes:  Tea/ Coffee & bacon roll on arrival, one round am on The Red Course, roast lunch between rounds, one round pm on The Blue Course, light snack after pm round, prizes for am, pm & 36 hole competitions.


Tee Times:  The draw will be on the website by 5.00pm on Tuesday 5th May.  The first matches will start at 8.00am with the last matches teeing off at approximately 9.30am.  If you specifically require an early or late tee time please email info@gmmltd.co.uk.

Play starts at 8.00am on The Red Course (two tee start from tee 1 & 12) and again at 13.30pm on The Blue Course (two tee start from tee 1 & 7). NOTE: If you are starting on the 12th tee in the morning round please allow an extra 5 minutes to drive to the carpark by the 12th tee. We recommend you change your shoes etc when you arrive at the carpark by the 12th tee.


Registration:  The registration desk will be set up in the Clubhouse from 7.00am. Competitors are not permitted in the clubhouse before 7.20am.


Practice facilities: There is a driving range and tokens are £2.50 each from the pro shop.


On course catering: Refreshments and sweets can be purchased from the on drinks buggy which services both courses.


CONGU Qualifier: This event will be a CONGU handicap qualifying event so you will need to know your exact playing handicap when you check in. A Competition Standard Scratch Score will be calculated and handicaps will be amended according to CONGU guidelines.


Scoring Format:  Play will be in threeballs and the scoring format will be Individual Stableford with full handicap allowance. The maximum handicap limits will be 24 for men and 36 for ladies.


Tees:              Men - White                Ladies - Red


Prizes:  Each round will be a separate competition and both will count towards the Order of Merit. There will be prizes for at least the first, second and third place each round plus an overall 36 hole prize.  There will also be two Nearest the Pin Competitions.  The presentation will take place shortly after the last match has finished.


Catering: A three course carvery will be served in between rounds and a snack will be available following the second round. Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket & tie in the Dining Room.


Sweep:  There will be an optional sweep of £10 per round to include a 2s sweep, a competition sweep and an overall 36 hole competition sweep.

 

EAGT Order of Merit: Merit points will be awarded on the basis of 100pts to the winner, 99pts for runner up, 98pts for third and so on. Shorts:  Shorts must be tailored and socks must be knee length and white or navy blue.


Dress: Gentlemen need to wear a jacket & tie in the Dining Room at lunchtime.


GPS equipment: The use of GPS range finding devices is permitted on the Tour. 


Late Cancellation:  Please note that we have submitted numbers to the golf club and they WILL make a charge for late cancellation.
